Refund Policy

1. First purchase
If a paid plan is not the right fit, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we will review a full refund of that payment.
2. Renewals
Renewal payments are refundable only if you cancel before the renewal date or if the charge is duplicated or erroneous.
3. Credits
Credits consumed by successful generations are not refunded. Failed generations are returned to your balance automatically.
4. How to request
Email hello@storyteller.ai with the account email and the Stripe receipt. Approved refunds return to the original payment method.
