Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By creating an account on photocraft.homes you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
Accounts are created with Google sign-in. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a monthly or yearly cycle. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal and your plan stays active until the end of the current cycle.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to create content that is unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or that infringes the rights of others. Do not attempt to bypass usage limits or resell access without a written agreement.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the documents you open and of the images you export, subject to the third-party rights involved. We process them only to run the service.
6. Open source
PhotoCraft is free and open source. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by the project licenses.
7. Availability
The service is provided on an as-is basis. Features may change, and simulated queues or demo states may pause without notice.
